Ian Macleod Distillers, which has been family-run since its establishment in 1933, has launched a new
Limited Edition Pomerol Finish of its blended malt scotch
Six Isles. Reviews have been strong and describe the scotch as having a smoky and spicy taste with a hint of fruit undertones. A sophisticated drink, which should be a nice change of pace for us given the amount of bud heavies we've been crushing over the past couple of weeks.
